Delivery & Returns Policy

1. Delivery Across Tanzania

Dar es Salaam Deliveries: Same-day dispatch is provided for orders placed before 3:00 PM. Our standard flat delivery charge is TZS 10,000 anywhere within the Dar es Salaam metropolitan area. Orders totaling TZS 600,000 or more qualify for 100% Free Delivery.

Upcountry Regions (Mwanza, Arusha, Dodoma, Mbeya, Morogoro, Zanzibar, etc.): We securely pack and dispatch hardware via certified bus courier services or air cargo within 24 hours of verified payment.

Kariakoo Store Pickup: Customers may select "Store Collection" at checkout to test equipment in person at our physical premises on Ndanda & Aggrey Street, Kariakoo with zero delivery fees.

2. Warranty & Return Policy

Every computer, monitor, and electronic hardware unit sold by Pande Computers includes our minimum 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturer hardware defects.

• Items with physical drop damage, water spillage, or power surge damage from ungrounded sockets are excluded from manufacturer warranty. We strongly advise using an APC UPS with voltage regulation.
• In the rare event of out-of-the-box hardware failure, report within 7 days for direct replacement.
